Overview

Sentraxis
Missile System

MADE IN LITHUANIA

The Sentraxis Missile System is an advanced short-range guided missile platform engineered for autonomous target acquisition, tracking and precision engagement.

Using state-of-the-art electro-optical technologies, it operates on a true fire-and-forget principle: once the operator authorizes the launch, the missile completes the engagement without further operator guidance or external communication. Designed to withstand electronic warfare and GPS-denied environments, Sentraxis delivers high reliability and accuracy in dynamic battlefield conditions.

With a compact 4.5 kg missile launch mass and a range of up to 2 km, it supports both man-portable and vehicle-mounted deployment. Fully developed and manufactured in Lithuania, the system sets a new standard in European defense innovation and autonomy.

Tracking gimbal

Electro-optical
tracking gimbal.

Four cameras and an eye-safe laser rangefinder on one gimbal with optical image stabilization. Together they cover the spectrum from visible light to long-wave thermal infrared, for detection by day and by night.

STEP 01

Search, detection and acquisition

The gimbal scans the airspace autonomously across pre-set observation sectors, using all four cameras at once. When it detects an object, it acquires it, zooms in optically and measures its exact distance with the laser rangefinder.

STEP 02

Identification and tracking

The target is then tracked continuously, with optical image stabilization keeping the image steady for both aerial and ground targets. The system analyzes its kinematics (speed, altitude, trajectory) and its multispectral image, and compares them against a database of digital target signatures. At the same time it runs ballistic calculations and predicts the missile's flight path to the target.

STEP 03

Human-in-the-loop decision

The results are shown at the operator's workstation, and the operator decides whether to engage. Only then is the missile launched.

One platform.
Three integrated layers.

Each layer is a module. Gimbal, launcher and operator workstation are configured to the customer's requirements.

LAYER 01

Electro-optical tracking

A gimbal with four cameras and a laser rangefinder detects, identifies and tracks aerial targets using AI-based analysis of their image and flight behavior.

LAYER 02

Guided missile

Onboard flight control guides the missile to the target after launch, on the fire-and-forget principle.

LAYER 03

EW and GPS-denial resilient

Electro-optical guidance with no reliance on GPS or external communication, built to operate under electronic warfare.
